Booking Bali

Ok everyone so it's time that we got Bali

organized and to do that I need everyones 

Passport number, date of birth and full name.

If you would like to organize the flight or 

accommodation yourself that

would be fantastic just let me know.

It is school holidays while we are there 

so things are getting booked out very fast.

We had a fun crazy afternoon

with six boys (three of ours and 

three of the neighbours boys) 

all playing musical instruments

 and being rowdy and boyish!

Lots of noise and lots of fun!

Pras just spent two days

in Sydney on a business trip.

The boys and I missed him a lot

but it was easy to forgive him

for being away when he returned

with Australia's favourite doughnut!

We had our pre-wedding photo shoot

last night and it went beautifully.

Pras is a natural and I just 

followed his lead, hehe!

The photographer said it was his

"favourite pre-wedding shoot ever"

This is a sneaky preview

but I dont want to give to much away

as we are intending on using some

for our invitations. x

Yay we finally found the perfect

bridesmaid dresses for my

beautiful bridesmaids!

They are absolutely gorgeous.

my other bridesmaids

So last nights bridesmaids dress

shopping was not hugely successful

and since my real bridesmaids had to 

go back to their day jobs today

I decided to take my other 

bridesmaids shopping today.

Yes Pax and Kailin and I went 

bridesmaid dress shopping. It was fun!

And we even found the dress that the girls 

and I were 

looking for ...

I could only 

try it in one 

colour but I 

still think it'll be cute. 

Bridesmaids dresses

Yay!

I am so excited to be going 

shopping for bridesmaids 

dresses with the girls this evening.

They are all so beautiful,

but all so very different...

How do you choose the perfect dress

to suit all three girls?

One colour, three different dresses...

One dress, three different colours...

I don't know so I sure hope 

the girls have some good ideas!

If nothing else I know 

we will have a great time 

and there will definitely be

lots of giggles!

We are all very excited 

about going to Bali in October.

Pax and Kailin had there first

passport photos taken yesterday

so now we just need to 

fill out the forms with the 

post office and get them sent off.

Then we can start booking flights 

and accommodation for our 

big family adventure!

Bali bug

For those of you who haven't heard

we are thinking of having a family holiday 

in Bali after the wedding.

It should be loads of fun and

I would really love to finalise 

dates and accommodation for Bali

so I need to know what peoples preferences are.

We are thinking 4 or 5 days at the Bali Dynasty

They are very different styles of accommodation

and so what I need to know is

who is in for what and when.

We are thinking of leaving 

a day or two after the wedding

and staying for about a week.

If you have any other thoughts or ideas

I would love to hear them, this is 

just what I have come up with so far.

an afternoon with friends

We all had such a lovely afternoon on

Saturday catching up with some of 

Daddy's old school buddy's

and their little one's.

It was so nice to be in a fenced off,

safe, child friendly environment.

It made for a very relaxing afternoon

and the little boys had an especially 

good time playing with the big boys!

First day of school

Jackson had his first day of year 3 today.

His new teacher Ms Vivian 

seems lovely and Jackson likes her a lot.

Jackson's best friend Kaden

is in his class again this year

so all in all he is very happy!

We have had such a lovely time

over the school holidays though

so we are all a little bit sad

that Jackson has gone back to school.

The boys and I will certainly 

miss him during the day

but we are glad that he likes his new class.

After visiting the Lodge yesterday

Daisy has decided that she is ready 

to make the big move.

She knows a lot of people at the Lodge

and feels certain that she will be comfortable there.

Amazingly they have a space ready and waiting 

for her so she will be crossing the 

new threshold in exactly one week.

Consequently there is a lot to do in the next week,

like figuring out what Daisy can take with her

and what to do with all of her current furniture...

An exciting new chapter for our sweet Grandma

one that we hope will take some pressure off her shoulders

and give her the peace of mind she deserves.

We love you Grandma xxx

Two Granny's

We had such a lovely afternoon 

with our two Grandmas yesterday.

Hopefully we will have the chance 

to entertain them again soon.

Little Grandma Daisy has been

offered a place up at the Lodge

in the Air force Club where she lives.

It is a fully staffed, care facility and 

it will mean a big move for her 

if she decides to take it.

We send her lots of love as she 

makes this difficult decision 

xxx

Some days are just harder than others!

Do you ever feel like you have woken up 

on the wrong side of the bed?

Like everything feels a little off 

and no matter what you do 

you just can't shake that 'blah' feeling ?

Well I'm having one of those days today.

Luckily I have the cutest boys in the world

 to keep me sane and focused.

Nothing like a little boy cuddle 

to make you feel better!

And then to top it off

Pras bought me some flowers.
